The program was held at the NBA auditorium hall on April 23, 2007 on the auspicious occasion of the "World Book Day and Copyright Day" and to mark the WTO Membership Day of Nepal. The central theme of the interaction program was to make an easy access to copyright materials in a legal way. The aim was to achieve the core objective of this institution by public awareness. The institution successfully completed the one day interaction program with the celebration of Copyright Day.

More than 100 participants took part mainly legal practitioners and legal experts. They actively participated in the program and openly discussed upon the topic. The distinguished scholars presented and shared their opinion in the interaction program. Copy right is the right of the creators and authors which is protected by domestic laws and International treaties and conventions. The central theme of the program was to introduce the significance of the copyright Act application and its legal challenges. To encourage, protect the creator's rights and defense against infringement of the copyrights. ALDeRLS Nepal conducted unprecedented celebration of the copyright day in Nepal and highlighted its significance and importance by well-known expert.

The program was inaugurated by Sr. Advocate Mr. Bishwakant Mainali, the Executive president of Nepal Bar Association. The program was chaired by the president of the ALDeRLS Nepal, Advocate Mr. Bhabishwor Gurung. This program was much appreciated by legal experts and the legal practitioners and the meeting added passion in the following activities.

The program much contributed to clarify the understanding to the Intellectual property, and Copyright. This program has boosted the commitment up towards the development of the program in an effective way. The program has not only acted as platform for legal practitioners, but it has also helped exchanging idea amongst the scholar and legal practitioners. The program was also taken as an effective platform. Being a lawyer the awareness should be highlighted to common people it is challenged to face but it is responsible for being social engineer as well as the citizen. ALDeRLS Nepal convened a one day program as long as to address this current issue in Nepal.

The meeting highlighted the importance of the Copyright Law and its significance in building nation. It also emphasized about the improvement of the national economic, social and cultural development processes. The institution will provide a unique opportunity for all to contribute to the emerging debate on the value of intellectual property in Nepal as well as in global society. The program plays the great role in the lawyer's community. A person has right to consume a quality and original creativity of their choice is their Right. The publisher and the sole agent company will infringe the law in any time. The safeguarding agency and social engineer should protect the public right. So the interaction program and Copyright day could be the milestone in Nepal for the sake of protection and promotion of the creators' right. The participants did praise the program very well. The ALDeRLS Nepal generates new idea upon this program to initiate a specific education is much necessary to legal practitioners.

The creators are the heritage of the nation they can design the society of the enlightened civilization. The ALDeRLS Nepal tries to recommend some of the serious factors in Copyright. It is not possible for only the Nepal Copyright Registrar Office to check and balance the entire Copyright Act. The current program of the interaction which has raised the voice of the problems that needs to be solved is not possible through a single effort. If these things are corrected or improved, it could become possible to solve the Copyright and its legal anomalies.

The core objective of ALDeRLS-Nepal is to help a national and international legal research to aware of  all forms of legal sector through advocacy, research, emergency action, seminar, talk program, alliance building and harmony in action. As per the agreement between ALDeRLS Nepal and IGD/Nepal, completion  one day interaction Program with the splendid success. The most popular issues raised and discussed by the distinguished scholars on behalf of the constitutional assembly. Most of the speaker was not satisfied with the present political practice of our. The politician, political parties and government taking the issue as a Barbie Dolls it has own philosophy and procedural parts it should crystal clear by the political points of view as well as state mechanism and interim constitution 2063 could not clear and  address the public voice. To fulfill this problem, the interaction program will be the fruitful to nation building and few some extent become  corner stone. ALDeRLS Nepal commit and encourage to civic awareness program shall host days to come.

Achievement of Program:

The program was extensively contributed on the constituent assembly, electoral system and federal system. This program   boosted up the commitment towards the development of constitution as an effective one. The program has not only platform, but it has also helped to build exchange idea among scholar and legal practitioners. The program was also taken as an effective platform for being a lawyer should have to knowledge on the civic awareness which was fulfilled. Toughness jobs of the nation:

On the ALDeRLS Nepal's opinion, election of constituent assembly, Electoral system and Federal system is tough job to be done.  It has own procedural parts and political parts are complex and be mutual exclusive together is not easy to workout. So the program was created very good impact in the legal community. It was helped to restore and reconstruction of New Nepal which would be very helpful for peace keeping in the indigenous community. The political parties were found not only agreed from the form of the constitutionalism but also satisfied with constitutional assembly without meaning. The program has not only for social engineer among society but also helped to restore their social harmony and relationship. This institution role will be the milestone to fulfill the gaps. The program has become one of the highly appreciated and demanded programs both in villages and cities as well as all over the nation.

Impacts of the Program:

The program plays the great role in the lawyer's community as well as nation building. People themselves are Judge in their Rights. The seven party alliances make the very good environment for the nation building.  So the constitution assembly election program was famous in Nepal. The participants members are appreciated this program very well. Even though civic education is need to address them as well.

Challenges:

Many Nepalese peoples are still ignorant about the constitutional assembly election and its working process. They also think that it is only the general election.

Many government officials are still unaware about the constitutional assembly, electoral system and federalism so they are not cooperating as requires.

Recommendation/Conclusion:

The current program provides a good lesson that, there are many areas where found in the interaction program. The financing and partner organizations have to work collectively to make implement able through out the country. If these things are corrected or improved, it would become possible program of national authorities. There should be some lobbying to publish such notification by the government.  The agenda of the state recon structuring is the popular issue raised by the distinguished scholars. The ALDeRLS Nepal tries to suggest some of the serious factors in decision making. It is the eagerness and ability of the political and social leaders to provide regulation, support and maintain the process.
